Parking at Park Lane Townhomes is by permit only.

Permits are issued when you register your vehicle online.  Stickers or hangtags are no longer issued as parking permits.

Permits are issued by our Towing Company, and you must register your vehicles to avoid towning.

You may register your vehicles by completing the form found on this web iste at
https://parklanetownhomes.communitysite.com/p/Register-your-vehicle

Every condominium unit may register a maximum of 2 (two) vehicles.

If you register more than two vehicles, only the two most recent registrations are valid and all others will be deleted from the towing company's database.

You are required to submit three documents with your online permit application:
1.  Proof of residency such as copy of drivers license, property tax bill, deed, or lease (if renter)*
2.  Proof of car ownership such as copy of car title, annual car registration, contract of sale or lease, Texas Vehicle License receipt
3.  Proof of insurance such as insurance card

*The HOA follows the Texas Residency Requirements for Drivers LIcenses and ID cards and a complete list of acceptable documents may be found at https://www.dps.texas.gov/section/driver-license/texas-residency-requirement-driver-licenses-and-id-cards

If you do not upload these documents within five (5) days of registering your vehicle, a fine of $25 will be charged.

If you do not upload these documents with ten (10) days of registering your vehicle, you license plate will be placed on a tow list and a fee of $200 will charged by Warrior Towing for you to retrieve your car.

Any documents uploaded should clearly show your name as well as the make, model, and license plate of your vehicle.

Park Lane Homeowners Association, Inc. does not recieve any payment from Warrior Towing for cars towed from our community
