HOA monthly assessments are due by the 10th of the month.
A $25 late fee will be charged for payments received on the 11th of the month or later 

Be sure to include your unit number with any payment so that it may be correctly applied to your account
All checks should be made payable to Park Lane Homeowners Association, Inc.
