Welcome to your new home at Park Lane Townhomes

Here is a summary of important things you need to know

  •   Our professional management company is Excel Management 
  •   Register with Excel Managment to keep up to date with what's happening here
    •  Please provide your mail address if you wish access to our community website
    •  Please provide your phone number if you wish to receive emergency alerts   
  •  Monthly assessment payments must be received by the 10th of the month; later payments incur a $25 late fee
    • Registration is needed to access your account with Excel Management to review your outstanding balance and payments
  •   Apply for a parking permit using the application form on this website
    • Parking is limited to two cars per unit, one of which is covered and the other is uncovered
    • Parking without registration or in another residents sparking spot will result in a tow costing $170 
  •   Visitor parking is limited to five parking spaces
    • Your visitors may presently park on Park Lane, but this arrangement is subject to change   
  •   Trash pickup is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
  •   Recycling pickup is on Saturday
  •   Your seller is responsible to providing your with laundry room and mailbox keys
    • Lost keys may be replaced by contacting Excel Management
  •   Any exterior alterations must have the written approval of the HOA's board of directors
  •   Please review the Rules and Regulations in the Governing Documents folder on this website
    • Rules and regulations cover such issues as noise, architectural infractions, not picking up after your dog, etc 
    • Rules and regulations apply to all residents whether owner or tenant
  •   The HOA board meets on the first Thursday of the month, and any owner may attend
